We have a Sharepoint site containing a Risk Register. When a user edits a
Risk the "modified by" field should be updated with that user's name. Our
installation doesn't seem to be capturing the update user's name correctly -
it is defaulting to either "Risk Owner" or "Responsibility" user names (can't
tell which).
Question is - where do we find the "modified by" field definition?
