Sharepoint Permissions

Although all Authenticated Users were given access to a sharepoint, at least
two users were prompted for password when they clicked on link provided in
an attached email. The could not access sharepoint until they were added
individually. I tried the IE>Exlporer Bar trick and found that discuss was
not checked. How do I fix this. Thanks!!!

Is this with PS2003/WSSv2 or PS2007/WSSv3?

If those two users are also a part of the project team, simply assign to a
task -- even a dummy task will do it -- and they will automatically have
access to the project workspace.
