Dear All,

Can I install sharepoint portal server for project server 2003 with replace
of sharepoint services ?

Is sharepoint service is necessary for 2003?
or
May I install sharepoint portal server for project server 2003?

WSS can be replaced by SPS 2003. Look in the Project Server 2003
installation guides all of which offer this alternative.

The question is more why you should want to. As far as Project Server 2003
is concerned, WSS provides all it needs.

SPS uses WSS. So, in essence, you're not replacing, you're simply adding
another layer.
