SharePoint Team Services log file issue

Using MSP2003Ent.

On one of my development databases there is a transition log file that has
been steadily growing for about a month, it’s up to 22GB should be around
500K.
File: (STS_picaa02850b_1_Log.LDF)
PathProgramFiles\MicrosoftSQLServer\MSSQL\Data\STS_picaa02850b_1_Log.LDF)
This file is associated with SharePoint Team Services (STS). I have no
idea how fix what’s wrong here or what to look for in order to fix it. Sorry
if I’m leaving out a lot of important information but I have never seen nor
heard of this before. If you’ve seen this before and can help please reply
back.
