SharePoint Team Services Setup Error

Hi,

I am trying to run the Sharepoint team services install.

Everytime I run the install I get
the error

"Default Website has not been configured properly for Project Server for
unknown reasons.

Setup will restore SharePoint to its original state.

You can also run the setup program again to configure the existing
SharePoint Server."

Even though i tried to solve the problem according to the given url, I get
the same error.

You might want to try uninstalling STS completely and then reinstalling it.
I can't think of any other ideas if the support article didn't help.
