Sharepoint xp migrate

I need to know how to migrate a SharePoint site from one server to another.
Both servers are 2000. Both have SharePoint installed off the Office XP with
Front Page CD. What do I need to do to move the site over? I need to get
this site moved over soon. Thanks you.

Can you verify it is a Windows SharePoint Services or Server site (WSS)

- FP 2002 (Office XP) does not install WSS

Or is it a Site using the FrontPage Server Extensions?
If it is just the FP SE you just publish the site from one server to the other
- both should be running the FP SE

It is a SharePoint Team Services website. I used the Office XP cd to install
Sharepoint. It's more than just FrontPage Server Extensions.
