sharing a calendar

Can you create a new calendar that can be shared through different email
accounts without having to share your own individual calendar?

Not unless you create a new email address which will create a new .pst file
and then share that calendar.

Not at all. The Op doesn't have to create a new email address at all. The OP
can just create a new Outlook Data File within the current Mail profile and
share that calendar in that.
