Sharing a Calendar

I am aware of the fact that I can setup a shared calendar in a public folder. I would like to use that for, say, important dates for a department. I would like to be able to display it side by side with my own calendar. I can't seem to

I have Outlook 2002 and am aware of a new feature under the Actions menu called Group Calendar. I have setup a group calendar, but I can't seem to figure out how display that from the public folder area, can I do that
