Sharing a custom form

I have a form I customized using the regular "message" format. I have a
co-worker that would like to use it too, but can't find a way to get it to
him.
We're both running Outlook 07 and if I email him a "template" .oft file as
an attachement he gets an error when he opens it about it being trustworthy.
Says he would have to open throught the New-Choose Form menu.
Any good suggestions?
Thanks, Ken.

Ok, but where would he save it so that it shows up in his "Personal Forms
Library"?

he needs to save it to the hard drive and open it using choose form menu.
