Sharing a custom menu item

I've created a custom menu item I'd like to share with the other ON users in
my group. Is it possible to simply copy it into their ON or will we need to
recreate it for each user?

There are some config files which store those customizations, but copying
those files to another computer may cause unintended consequences. I'd
recommend manually recreating the settings on each computer.
