Sharing a notebook

Is there a way to share a notebook between 2 computers that are not able to
connect to each other (i.e. work computer & home computer)? The only option
I can come up with is to save my notebook on a usb drive.

Hi,

I save to a USB as well. However, I only want to update what has
changed. I use a package called Directory Compare. It is a free
utility and can be used to sync Desktop to USB and USB to laptop, etc.
