sharing a word 97 document

Can someone please tell me how I can share Word 97
Documents? The help is not very specific.

All my users are on Word 97.

I want to be able to have two people edit the doc at the
same time. I know you can do it in Excel 97, just not
sure if its possible in Word 97

It is not possible. Only one user can control the document, the other can
only have a read only view.
