Sharing an inbox...

Version: 2008 Processor: Intel Hey Guys..

Im not familiar with entourage at all..more used to outlook..

Just wondering if it is possible to set up a shared inbox separate from our own personal inboxes (so a different email address?) where we can also both see if an email has been actioned..

Any help would be appreciated.. or step-by-step instructions or links to relevant info...and in non-technical terms would be fantasmical! haha

It doesn't matter. The solution I'll suggest works in both.

Just wondering if it is possible to set up a shared inbox separate from
our own personal inboxes (so a different email address?) where we can
also both see if an email has been actioned..

Use an e-mail account in IMAP. It will have it's own inbox that you can
check from multiple computers. IMAP will also allow you to sync the
read status, etc.
Check with your host whether your account can be configured as IMAP.
If not, you can get a free account, eg: gMail, and use it through IMAP
(requires a few more steps for gMail, but it works fine)
