Sharing and Protection of Worksheets

I currently have a workbook with multiple worksheets. I
would like to do the following:

-share the workbook on our company server but allow
access to only certain individuals
-those certain individuals will then be given access to
only selected worksheets
-within those worksheets, individuals will only be given
specified ranges to edit

Is this all possible?
