Is it possible to view ohter peoples calanders with
Outlook Web Access just like I would from Outlook in the
office??

yes it is you just have to give the user permisions and

then they would type something like this
mail.yourcompany.com/exchange/username/calendar

username being the user of the calendar that you would
like to view.
