Sharing calendar and Contacts

Hi!! I have the following scenario:
Two users are connected in different nodes with external internet accounts
(not exchange server) and want to share their calendar and contacts. Is this
possible? Is there some tool out there that enables them to view the
calendar and share it to both of them?
