Sharing Calendar Data

I am attempting to import (update) data/appointments from
another individuals outlook calendar into my outlook
calendar. I have access to the other individual's
calendar, and can view it in outlook. How do I move the
appointments from one calendar to the other? Can I move
all of the appointments at once? Is an option available
to automaticly update my calendar when they change theirs?
