sharing calendar with someone not in Microsoft Exchange

I use Outlook calendar through work, can I share my calendar with someone who
is not on our email server database? If so how?

If you use Outlook 2007 then you can allow them to see your calendar, but
not edit it, by publishing it on Office Online. However, you may need to get
your company's permission to publish the calendar outside the domain....

I have the same problem as Christi using Outlook 2003, in a corporate
environment. Do I have any solutions besides publishing to Office Online?
