Hi, Is it possible to share calendars across different exchange servers?
Our work place is divided into 3 separate entities, each with its own server
(windows 2000) and exchange mail server (exchange 2000), all other computers
use windows XP and Outlook 2003. The separation is necessary to do
regulations. We need to share the director's calendar which is on one of the
servers. For now, his assistant exports his calendar and emails it out a
couple of times a week to individuals on the other servers to import into a
public calendar on that individual server. The director's calendar needs to
be updated everyday, so is there an easier way to do this, or a way to
share/update his calendar so that everyone from all 3 servers can see it? Or
does anyone know of a good software solution? Thanks...
