Sharing Calendars Administratively

Forgive me if this isn't the right place to post this question. I've
done some searching and have been unable to find what I'm looking for,
so I thought I'd give this a try.

We have recently set up an Exchange 2003 server. Part of the purpose
in setting this up is to enable some of our users to be able to see
each others' calendars, schedule appointments, etc. Specifically, we
have a Sales group (both organizationally and in Active Directory), and
they set appointments for each other. Thus far, the way we've shared
calendars has been to go to each user's computer and share their
calendar with the other salespeople, and then go around to everyone's
computers again and open the calendars we just shared.

This, however, is a laborious process. Every time we hire a new
salesperson we have to share the new person's calendar on their
computer, then go to each existing salesperson's computer and grant
this new user permissions to see their calendar while also adding the
new person's shared calendar to their view, and then go back to the new
user's computer and add all the other salespeoples' calendars that we
just granted him/her permission to see. It seems to me there has to be
a better way. Is there any way to do this administratively from Active
Directory or the Exchange Server itself? Is there any other way one
could accomplish this administratively like a 3rd party app, custom
script, etc?

What I'd like to do is just have a default rule/policy/whatever that says
all members of the sales group share their calendars with all other members
of the sales group, so when a new salesperson is hired all I have to do is
put them in the sales group and viola! That may be asking too much...

An obvious alternative is to train all the salespeople how to do this,
but they all work different schedules so a new individual may need to
set an appointment for an individual who isn't in that day, not to
mention relying on the users to do this is never reliable.

Any suggestions/recommendations/etc. are greatly appreciated. Also, if
there is a better place to post this please advise.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Charlie
