Sharing calendars on outlook 2003

Hi, is it possible to share calendars on outlook 2003 without having an
exchange server? if so how is it done please?

Thank you very much for your help, I think it may be easier to upgrade to
2007 do you know if it is possible to just upgrade your outlook?
