Sharing Calendars, Private appointments and much more!

We are using Outlook 2002 with and exchange server and we have a lot of
people using their calendars to set up meetings. The problem is when you go
to set up a meeting request and you’re in the scheduling screen and can see
when people have meetings – you can also see what their meetings are by
putting your mouse over the blocked out time. The simple solution to this is
to have everyone mark their appointments as private and then people won’t be
able to see who or where they are meeting.

The problem with this is for the secretaries that have permissions to
schedule on their boss’s calendar from their (the secretaries) computer.
When their boss schedules something as private they cannot see anything
except that it’s a private appointment and they can’t get in to edit the
appointment if someone were to call with meeting change.

any suggestions?
