An answer to any of the 4 questions will save me a lot of work. All
questions refer to this issue:
User A is a delegate for managers B,C,D &E and has access to their
contacts.
Q1.
Can I get MULTIPLE contact lists to appear in the TO: show names from
list? I see solutions in the forum for one user but not multiple
users.
Q2.
Is it possible for user A to selecte multiple names from a managers
contact list to put into an email.
Q3.
Getting desperate! I could copy the managers contacts lists into user
A's mail folder and user A would then be able use see in the 'show
names from list' box. Is it possible to link these copies so when
managers update their contacts, user A's copy also gets updated.
Q4.
If I copied the contacts as above and it is impossible to to link them,
is it possible to create a macro in Outlook that can do the copying for
user A so she can update the contact lists in her mail folder easily?
Thanks.
