Sharing Contacts

When I try to share my conatcts list to a receptionist, after clicking ok
they disappear. Works fine with other users. Does the receptionist have to be
a admin of the machine? Thats all I can think of.

Try this - post the version of Outlook and whether you are using an Exchange server, and, if yes. what version.
