Sharing email

We have a need for mail to be addressed to a single point but be read by
several people. Any suggestions on how to implement this? We're
running Outlook 2002 on a Novell network (no Windows-based networking
although we could implement that as well if we need, I suppose). Email
services (vanity domain) are provided by the ISP.

Ask your ISP if they can offer you an IMAP account. Otherwise, install your
own IMAP mail server and run it on your network, downloading mail from the
ISP to it.

I found what I think is a workable alternative - the ISP provides for a
forwarding mailbox - I set up an address that will forward to multiple
addresses. That should do what we need. Installing our own mail server
isn't something we want to get into right now.
