We have a contacts list being shared between a number of users for emergency.
When I create a category in the "Master categories" list, it is not
available to others to use.
They can see the contact and category I've created, but they don't see the
category when they create a new contact on their PC.
Is there a way to share the Master categories list after customizing it?
We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.
