Sharing Notebook

I created a shared notebook on our company's shared drive so that my
collegues and I could add notes and work together on a project without having
to schedule weekly meetings. However, when one of us makes a change to the
shared notebook, the change is not visable to the rest of the group. I have
tried the Shift + F9 option (sync this notebook) and nothing happens. Any
ideas?
