Sharing Outlook 2000 Calendars with Outlook 2003 users

As I understand it, Outlook 2002 and later do not have Net Folders.

If I am using Outlook 2000, can I use net folders to share my calendar
with 2003 users?

I do not have ms-exchange. Is there any other way for me to share my
Calendar? Other than saving it as a web-page.

No, Net Folders only work with Outlook 2000 and 98, poorly.
