B BillR [MVP] Oct 18, 2004 #2 You can use File | Save As Web Page and publish that but the results aren't that good. Outlook 2003 has other options - MSN Connector with MSN Premium and Sharepoint. Both are far better alternatives. You might get some other ideas here: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm
