Sharing Outlook Data on Two Computers

P

Peter

I have Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6626) SP3 on two computers, a desktop and
a laptop. The desktop has WindowsXP Pro and the laptop has Windows
98SE. They are networked. From time to time, I would like to transfer
new & revised Outlook data (calendar appointments, contact names,
tasks, etc.) back and forth between the two computers. Is there a way
to do that? After reading this board, I think that Outlook data is in
the outlook.pst file. Can I simply copy that file from one of my
computers to the other? Or is there another, better way? Thanks.

You can simply copy the file, or you might use some of the other suggestions
listed at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm.
