sharing outlook with xp

I've set up my office to share the calendar & tasks with
everyone in the office with Outlook 2000. I've now
purchased two new computers with Office XP and can't get
them to share. Dell told me I had to upgrade to XP Office
Professional. I did and they still won't share. What do
I have to do to get the XP versions to share with the
older 2000 version of Outlook? Any ideas? Trey
