One correction - do NOT import data to the older format, use drag and drop
unless you want to lose important information right and left.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, john asked:
| Hi Dave,
| By default Outlook 2003 uses a pst that it is in Unicode format.
| This is new to 2003 and previous previous of outlook cannot view it.
| In Outlook 2003 create a new pst and it will give you the option of a
| 97-2002 pst. Choose that and import your data into it. You will
| probably be able to share it at that point.
|
| Cheers
