Sharing store folder in Outlook Express destroys newsgroups list

Yitzak

I share my computer with my wife, we use outlook express 6 (SP1). Both
instances point to the same message store. So we share the same inbox
regardless of who is logged in. This is perfect for our uses.

However when I've downloaded my list of newsgroups from my ISP (this
takes a while) it remains in Outlook Exp after OS restarts; as long as
I log in to windows 2000. As soon as the wife loggs in the list of
newsgroups is wiped clean.

Any way of preserving the list newsgroups between different log ons.

Or anyone know a good newsgroup reader I can download for free.

Thanks

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Yitzak asked:
