Sharing The Back End

I have a split DB with the BE on the network. Sometimes users try to
use the DB at the sametime and the two FE slow down and feeze. Does
Access provide a way where multiple users can use their FE at the
sametime and use the DB w/o problems?

I have as many as 50 users with different FE databases connected to the same
