Macros live in workbooks. So you can just share those workbooks with the other
users.
Toolbars can live in the toolbar file (some file named .xlb--name and location
vary with versions of windows and excel).
But I wouldn't want you to overwrite my toolbar customizations with your toolbar
choices. So be very careful if you decide to share this file.
And toolbars can live in workbooks--either by attaching them to the workbook or
by building them on the fly when the workbook opens.
