Hello - I am having a problem with Excel 2007. Here are my specs:
Office Professional Plus 2007; SP1 installed
Windows XP Profesional; SP2 installed
I have an Excel file which was saved in 97-2003 format. I inserted a Word
file saved in 97-2003 format and tried to save the Excel workbook. I
received the following error message:
The document was saved successfully, but Excel cannot re-open it because of
a sharing violation. Please close the document and try to open it again.
I tried running the Microsoft Office Diagnostics tool but had no luck. Has
anyone seen this error before? Is there a fix or workaround? Thank you in
advance for your help.
