Sharing Workbook Info message ?

Recently, as I go to Tools, Share Workbook,
ck on Allow ....(slfkjsaldjflskjf.....)
and OK
a message box pops up saying
"Seletion is too Large"
I just ck OK and move on.
Am I missing something here?
