This group is for Microsoft Access.

I'd suggest calling your local Sharp dealer.

Good luck.

Shows paper jam. No paper in machine. Plain paper

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, or contact your Sharp dealer.

Another thing to check: sometimes a piece of paper jams and then
tears, leaving a fragment in the paper track.
