I'd like to create/use a sheet generator that creates a new prefabbed sheet into the workbook I am using. Any thoughts on this?

Save the workbook containing the sheet you want to insert as a
template. Then when you right-click a sheet tab and select 'Insert'
from the popup menu you can choose the template. Note that the file
must be stored in...

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
