Use a formula like
=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,99)
In this formula, use the word "filename" as shown. Don't substitute
the actual file name. The reference A1 can be any cell -- it doesn't
matter. The name of the sheet on which that cell resides will be
returned.
