Shift+delete recovery?

I accidentally deleted a folder using shift+delete. Is there any way to
recover it.

Are you on an Exchange server configured with deleted item retention? If so,
yes - but you'd need to enable the DumpsterAlwaysOn registry hack to see the
items in deleted item recovery... http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=886205
may help there.

If you're using a PST file, probably not, but see the following link for a
possibility....
