shift + double click

[Shadow]

Some of users of a database, hold down the shift key and double click the
icon to escape a macro that runs at startup .I've set the database to show a
Copyright form and some important notes.

Is there any way to make a database not to respond to shift + double Click?
( or any equivalent solutions?)
