Shift + Insert replacement

Is there any way one can set Excel to set the SHIFT+INSERT command as to
only inserting VALUES and not FORMAT and everything ?

Yes but that doesn't change Excel's default SHIFT+INSERT shortcut. Anyway
I've created a macro that uses CTRL+I instead. I guess that'll have to do...
