SHIFT M in outlook

Hi all

When in outlook 2000 on my work station at work, if I
press SHIFT M it brings up the name of a previous employee
who does not even have a profile on the server.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this as it doesnt
appear to be a signature or anything obvious.
