This is a complicated project I'm tring to do. To start:
is there a shortcut key that will select all the
appointments on a day (or multiple days) so I can quickly
move them over one day.
Our high school has a complicated modular schedule.
Classes don't meet M-Th at 12:55, they meet Days 1-4 at
TUV. The day number is a rotating schedule - Monday might
be a day 4 one week, day 3 the next week. If there is a
holiday or snow day, the rotating schedule resumes the
next open day (i.e., Thurs was day 2, but schools closed
for snow will mean that Friday will become day 2, Monday
becomes day 3). On a paper calendar, I just mark the day
number over the day of the week, but I don't think that's
possible in Outlook
