shockwave flash video runs once

i have inserted a shockwave flash video on a Powerpoint
2003 slide with the activex controls. this works fine the
first time you run the presentation, but if you want to go
back to view it again, it wont run. i can't access the
properties option on the control toolbox either. I can go
completely out of powerpoint and then get back in to run
it a second time.
