Shopping cart

Hi
I have 1000 items in my db that are presented to my
customers thru asp catalogue pages. Any item selected is
shown in another asp page (using query).How can I creat &
integrate a shopping cart using the data from my database.
Do I have to make individual [add to cart] buttons for
each item, or can I derive buttons from my db (like asp
pages.I do not need credit card connection or paypal. All
I want is to make decent order form created by clicking
on add to cart buttons.

Please let me know where to get more info on this subject.
