Short Cut to Address Book

Dear All
How can I make a short cut to the outlook address book to reach it without opening the outlook. I used to use the Address Book under the Accessories but this one is for the OE not Outlook. Can any one help.

Outlook does not have an address book.
You cannot access your Contacts without opening Outlook.
