I am unable use the Microsft Shortcut bar.

I have word 2002 and win XP

If I keep it using the Start - All programs - Microsft
Office tools - Microsft Office shortct bar, I get
message "You need to have atleast one toolbar" If I click
on Yes I get teh option I crete a new toolbar with links
in it.

when I restart the computer I get the same message "you
need to have atleast one toolbar"

I performed a repair and "run all from My computer" but
still problem exists.

I searched for shortcut and it is in office folder

Please help

Try repairing this way:

Open your registry and find the key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Shortcut Bar]
Delete the "Shortcut Bar" sub-key.

Then insert your Office CD and do a reinstall, making sure to set th
shortcut bar to "run all from My computer" - should only take a fe
seconds after that to complete the reinstall. After reinstalling th
shortcut bar, you might need to customise it to get it back exactly ho
you want it.
