Shortcut bar

I just intalled Ms Office 2003 and my Shortcut bar does not come up anymore. I reran the installation to select it. But I could not see it. Please don't tell me that it is not availabe in 2003. It was really useful.

There isn't one.
Try searching this NG or the Google archive for alternatives.

Tech. Support tol me that they did not include the short
cut bar in the 2003 version. Reason, they put in an Open
Office Document in the Start, All Programs menu.
